The player from Texas had encountered issues with a $50 deposit using cryptocurrency, which had been resolved but resulted in her account being disabled. When she attempted to withdraw her winnings, the casino accused her of a chargeback relating to the same deposit. Despite having evidence to support her case, the player didn't respond to our requests for additional information and evidence. Consequently, we couldn't investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

This is extremely hard for me to write. I am a single mom to a 2 year old boy and I thought my break finally came through when I ended up winning 14K. I had a $50 deposit that got stuck on the blockchain. Im still new to the crypto world so I contacted 7bit to see what was going on. It was never precredited or anything. It wasn’t accepted until 04/02. All they did was repeatedly send me their save responses when I had questions. I wa stoked to be patient and wait. They final resolved the problem after my account was disabled. Mind you I have been emailing. Back in forth through the whole time. Once they fixed it I made my cashout tht I had been telling them I was trying to do from the beginning. The pending deposit stopped me from withdrawing. So I finally am able to cashout and two days late they confiscated everything trying to accuse me of a chargeback over the SAME deposit that I had told them about and been in contact with them about over a week. I am completely distraught by this and feel I have been wronged. I complied and was paying t I kept them aware of everything that was going on because I was anxious. That’s a life changing amount of money for someone like me. I need help getting this resolved, but as far as my opinion, they do NOT lol out for their players and they steal money. 


I also have proof and screenshots of everything from the emails, transaction history, transaction receipts,& hash. I have it all.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How many times did you deposit in total? Were all those deposits deducted from your balance and non of them returned back to you? If yes, is there a way to prove it?

my account was not verified yet I don’t believe. I deposited about 8 times. Everything including my winnings was confiscated from me after ri just made a previous request for the same amount ($14K) and was then told to complete the wager bonus ($300). Then finally able to make my withdrawl with my nice stack of winnings that I had been waiting for since my deposit got stuck in the blockchain, it was not a quick payout. I logged in and they took EVERYTHING. . I have every hash. I have proof my first withdrawl was processed. I have proof they knew aBOUT my deposit that got stuck in the blockchain and the system just alerted. They even reactivated my account because it was that way. They do all that and I know my account was reviewed, then told to play more, all to be able to withdrawl my winnings and they took it saying I chargebacks and accusing me of fraud. How is that possible when I’m the one who brought it to there attention in the first place. I haven’t been compensated for anything and I also won at least $5000. They took it all. It’s very wrong
