i play at this casino a few times and each time the game does the same trick. If I the player plays a 9heart and have a Ace Diamond they would count that as 10 instead of 20 but as you can see in my picture the dealer plays the same hand and its counted as 20. This has been going on for a while now. I contacted support as well and made my complaint. This trick happens to me every time. I want a refund from this casino. I’m getting cheated out my money

Could you please advise if you have any evidence of your claim that if you have those 2 cards the counting is incorrect? Is there any betting history which would show this error? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
