7Bets.io Casino - Withdrawal of player's winnings has been delayed.

I joined this casino and deposited a lot then made a withdrawal which was for 700 pounds less than what I have spent. They rejected this twice and said it was because I wasn’t verified, I sent documents and was told about 3 days later that I was verified and to deposit for a bonus. I haven’t had any money and I am ignored by email I also won 75 pounds on a tournament and when I asked chat I was told to email as they didn’t know why I was not credited with the money and they had no information about this. When I have checked my bank account they have took the money under a different business for advertising services in Brussels which is stating the money is for something else which concealing this fact cannot be good as this is a complete lie. I have sent further emails stressing all of this and have not been answered. I just want my money back or the withdrawal it is not fair that we trust these places and they deceive constantly.

Hello I have had an email from them stating they will refund all of my deposits so I will cross my fingers and hope that they will and update you if they do. Thank you for your reply
