I have won 300 with thus casino, and I'm onto 6 weeks over withdrawing daily & it's rejected and rejected every single time. Firstly a queue, secondly visa problems, thirdly not withdrawing using same card I deposited with. Thankfully, I haven't deposit a world of money, but I am due my winnings! I am fully verified. All I get through chat is to email support@7bets.io and that they have no information. I must have sent about 10 emails & not one single reply except from Ana asking me to withdraw via crypto. I don't use crypto! I see I've been scammed by all these other complaints I've found on here! Anyone ever withdrawn or get an outcome? Can anyone contact them? What can I do!

Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues. 

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Well this is the thing, when I withdraw, it's stopped showing on my transactions lise so I can see if it's still pending or not, it's happened like this only the last week so too me, their being dishonest. Yes the ignorance of this company is ridiculous & they should be shut down!

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 7Bets.io Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
