I have 3k GBP in the account and have sent all of the relevant valid documents for verification. Past the 72 hours stated. Cannot place a sports bet so have been blocked. Cannot withdraw. No answer on the online chat team. They are ignoring me. Smells like a scam site.

Registered about a month ago.


I use the slots and sports betting


I did have a welcome bonus but that has been played out and is no longer active.


Still not verified on the site and they never answer in the chat. Blocked me from making sports bets, but when I caught them out on their list I am able to place bets again. But now with small bet limits.


The big problem seems to be getting verified to withdraw funds. They make it impossible to get money out. Feels like a scam.

User had not followed the Sport bonus rules, the Sport bonus wagering requirements was no met and bonus has expired. Therefore, he left his deposit amount on balance.

This is a blatant lie. I followed the bonus rules and they even give a percentage to complete which I did. Tell them to send proof of this. Will not verify people so that they can withdraw money and if you win they come up with this nonsense. Definitely a scam site. Look at the reviews on Trust pilot. The positive reviews are fake and some even duplicated. People need to be made aware of this site and how they operate. I am not the only person that they have done this to.

I used both bonus and my own money to accumulate over 3k and wagered a lot of money to satisfy the bonus requirements. They give a progress percentage on the active bonus each time and it was satisfied. I do not have any active bonuses on the site. I had 2.2k accumulated and was pushing to be able to withdraw. Then all of a sudden I hadn't satisfied the bonus and they took 2k off me. I know that I had. I have a screen shot, how do I attach here.
