I have played 20 Free spins no deposit bonus on https://777crypto.bet/ and won after completing the wagering requirement limits. After that I made a 20USDT deposit to ensure that I unlock withdrawal and successfully requested cash out. After waiting for 6 hours, I messaged the support to ask, and it seems like I needed to verify my identity to KYC level 2. After that was approved, I waited for a day longer and was asked to provide my KYC level 3 - address verification. So then that was approved the day after which was almost a week ago After that I didn't receive any response from support ever since even though they read my messages. filefile

Hello Nick, regarding the verifications it's all been approved to KYC Level 3. That was on the 13th this month. Moreover, that was my last conversation I received from support
