Is this your first ever deposit into the casino? Did you ever withdraw from them? Is your account verified?

Please also note that every bonus has a wagering requirement which has to be compelted before you would be able to withdraw any winnings. Could you please advise if you have finished it or how much do you still need to wager? - It can be usualy found in the bonus section somewhere.

Yes I have played for years and won a few small amounts and had no problem until the last time they didn't pay the 150 owed and this time, the wager is the bonus x35 that I easily covered but wouldn't let me take it, they said I needed 6000 to withdraw any, they only gave 25 bonus? I always deposit the same amount with same bonus and been able to take 1000, why not now?

Even if I had to cover the deposit and bonus it's still covered 2625, I had 3500 why did they say I HAD to keep playing? I have a screenshot of when I tried to collect it, I had 3600

Do you see, they said 35 x both and I covered that they said I had to reach 6000 and that is no longer in our conversations
