The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal a month ago. It has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi. Ever since I realised I had $2,900 that was withdrawable, I've had nothing but delays and emails stating they haven't received something they wanted from me (even though in some instances I sent two documents together, they say they have one but not the other!). I've been wanting to withdraw this amount that has been sitting in my account for ages. Now, I know for a fact that the amount was approved at the end of March (just can't remember the exact date but I know because I checked in my account)
and when I didn't receive the amount by 15 days (not including weekends) I sent them an email asking where my withdrawal was. I received an remail saying it was approved on the `10th March and I was still within the waiting time so I had to wait. Well, now its' been 17 days (not including weekends) and I've still received nothing. I received an email telling me that from their end it has been processed but I have received nothing and I sent them my statement transactions to show them that nothing has been received. I'm thinking that it hasn't been sent at all and this is just another delaying tactic because they don't want to pay. Help!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been successfully verified in the past? Is the withdrawal still pending in your account or it has been processed already but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.
