The player from United Kingdom had his winnings cancelled due to placing a bet greater than 30% of the last deposit. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Stay away from this site. You can only place a bet stake no more than 29% of your deposit. They are happy for you to spend 30% on a bet and if you lose you lose but if you win they will remove the winnings. So if you deposit £100 and spend £30 on blackjack and win, they will wipe the winnings when you want to withdraw. I won £300 on slots and then I played blackjack and went over the 29% max and won more. They then took all winnings including those built up before the "breach".

"Betting rules

. You must bet according to the specific rules of the game you are playing.

. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.

. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.

Using Martingale, double-up and similar systems and strategies."

 

I understand that you’re familiar already with the existing terms and conditions, I just wanted them to be visible for other players, if reading this complaint.

I would like to warn you Dan, there have been several similar complaints and they all ended up unresolved. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.

Could you please confirm that you haven’t redeemed any bonus when depositing funds? We will contact the casino and ask for their standpoint, right after your confirmation. Looking forward to hearing from you.
