I was playing at 55bet casino (which is related to Qbet casino), Novatech Solutions N.V. I created an account and I lost around 3000 euro. After that, I see that i had problems in my name and email so I closed it and open new account. When I open the new account, I inform them and send them a selfie and ID and they check it and review and verify the new account. I start to play again in the new account. I didn't get any promotion or bonus. I lost at first, then I won a big number, around 3800 euro. I withdraw 1600, and it was processed succefully. After the withdrawal, I continued playing, and I had 2162 euros in my account and after 30 minutes the account closed suddenly and I received this message from them. [Hello Ziad,

,Then I contacted them alot and explained to them. About their fault and you have the information, but I didn't get help and each time they give another reason it's clear that they did this on purpose after I got won. In the attached file you can find more details.

Could you please advise how exactly did you close your first account, was it self-excluded? How much did you deposit in total in the second account and what is your current balance there? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if you have self-excluded, you are not allowed to create or play again in the casino. Also, it is never allowed to create multiple accounts no matter if there is a mistake in your first one. The correct procedure would be contacting them to fix the incorrect details but never to create a new account.

Hi thanks for reply when i opem the first account the site was cauae alot of erros and writing issue so when i see the wrong information i try to close it i disnt find any option for closing account except aeld exlcude i did it. Then before opening the new account i contact them and they allow me to open new account. Kindly check all the attached files that show my contact with them and specially when i open the account i send to the my id ans slfie and they accept it and verify my new account plus alao i send to you i didnt use or request any bonus or promotion so they just close it after wining .

In first account i was deposited alot i cant see how much because i cant enter it around 2000 some thing and i won around 3000 then because of alot erros and alot of shady things .

And i alos play in the same casino ( qbet, and managa ) theae 3 casinos are to same owner but different names so if i wanna calculate how much i depoaited in these casino more than 10000 but now iam speak for 55bet i depostied in the old account arount 2000 or 2500 and then closed it to correct the mail ans name problem.


Note : i verify the new account and the accept the documents ans verfication beore i win ans the allow me to deposit more thatn 400 euro after i win and request withdrawal also they accept 2 withdrawls. 1600 then the balanve was 900 then i win again and when the balance become 2175 the close it

And in the attachment i send ot to you can see that when i say to them that i contact you and i verify the account through kyc and u accept it. They change the reason for that i self exclude . Kindly check the attached files

I could not find anything about you asking them if you could create a new account as the correct procedure is to request them to fix the incorrect data in the old one as creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden in every online casino.

Also self-exclusion servers to prevent gambling addiction and you can never create a new account after that and the casino is not even allowed to pay you out any winnings (other than refund the deposits).

Unfortunately, there is no way to intervene in this situation as the casino did everything correctly.

1st if u check the attached file well you will see that i ask them to change the mail so its not considered new account and aslo i inform them before creating it and the accept and approve it. So its clear that they closed it after a big win


2nd this casino its the same qbet manga 30 bet. Under same licence just differnt url so what i deposited it more than my wining by more than 8000 euro


3rd you speak in terms and conditions. Were are the terms and condition and gamblimg repsonsibilit and all these rules when alll of my deposits in these casinon are with wrong and fake mcc codes that its not related to the gamblimg transactions. So how u put high index casino


Now iam convince that all of these sites are just big scam

Asking them to change your e-mail address and creating a new account is a completely different matter as they could simply change your first account's e-mail, but creating a new account is against the terms and conditions in every single online casino. There hasn't been a single mention in non of the attachments that they allow you to create an another account and without their permission you did it against their rules.


It is also not a solution to self-exclude your account as it does not mean that by closing one you can create a new one. The self-exclusion, as explained above, serves to prevent players with addiction to further spend any money and creating new accounts. Once you request for an exclusion, the casino is simply not allowed to pay out any winnings to the player if they manage to bypass the system a deposit any further amounts to them. If they would do, they would breach their own terms and they would be forced with many troubles either from their license or other lawsuits.


I'm really sorry that we were not able to help you to retrieve your balance but I hope at least the explanation of some of the terms and processes will prevent such things from happening to you in the future. We will be now forced to close the complaint.
