I did 1100 transactions in 4Rabet when submit the UTR number i saw a system error or it has not been submitted till now as shown in the screenshot. I want deposit in my account.



I do not get proper response from bro 4rabet they do not understand my problem they say i have to submit manually but i saw error how can i submit manually now.



The response is also ao delayed and there telegram support also not working

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?
  • Have you contacted the payment provider already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

I contact to my payment provider they told me transaction successful said to 4rabet and i also that shared that screenshot with 4rabet.i got problem in 4rabet for submitting My UPI UTR. Number i shared with you that screenshot.

I told this to 4rabet but they said me i have to do manually but there are showing system error. So what to do now
