This website (4kasino.com) states has been holding my withdrawal for 15 days now. They state in their Terms & Conditions that the limit is 72 hours. 


All I get when I ask them about the process is a standard message saying they are reviewing it and I will be contacted by email. They do this every single time and give no more information at all. 


I'm not new to this world and feel like I'm being scammed. How can I solve this situation?
