I made a withdrawal of £450 on 12/05/2022

I still haven’t received payment my account is fully verified they even asked for a swift account number which I provided, still nothing I just keep getting told to wait my gaming history and financial history with 4crownscasino is minimal as it was a new account but this is what they’re saying the delay is Please help

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

It was won with real money my account was fully verified when I made the withdrawal request on 12/05/2022 I think it was fully verified the day before last communication I had with them was 2 days ago asking what is going on and they fobbed me off again saying these things take time steps can’t be skipped same things they’ve been saying for weeks

If everything was according to our Terms and Conditions you have no reason to worry. Checking procedure may last longer than usual due to many different factors since we want to make sure that everything was fair and that there were no breach of Terms and Conditions.

The fact is that examining these requests is a very sensitive and complicated process. It takes time to be thoroughly inspected.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
