Hi I deposited funds and began playing, deposited again and had bonus which ended up winning. Played through all the wager amounts needed and have tried withdrawing 2700, all I keep getting told is to be patient but never an answer. My payment has not been processed, I am a fully verified member so there should not be any hold up? Please help

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
