I'm a single mother and tried to get some luck.

I played with about 400 in total and withdrew 500.

Birthdays coming up and I'm distraught.

I really pray I can get this back.

I really don't understand how it can still be allowed to stay active with all this bad press.

Please help.

Also every deposit later has a charge so I also went overdrawn.

Cost me a fortune now I'm broke and in debt

Do I understand correctly that this complaint is about delayed withdrawal? Or did the casino confiscate your winnings?

My complaint is that I've waited and waited and it is clear to me and everyone else you lie and never issue withdrawals I want my money that I'm owed.

Customer service say same automated message and I need my money.

Company has very bad reviews and it seems impossible to speak, the number you have doesn't work.

All I want us my withdrawal that I'm owed.

Thank you for your reply, Dexter20. Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please confirm that you passed the KYC verification? Would you be so kind as to clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal?

Never withdrew before, deposited a lot and yes I passed the kyc verification.

I withdrww on 2nd March and still pending.

I've had a few replies that seem automated.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as unresolved. This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
