The player’s account was closed for an unknown reason. Casino failed to respond.
Hello! After like 10 deposits, (more that 500e) i won 5800€ and when i need to proove my my details they assked me to send passport. ID, Driving license in two leangues was not good for them, so I went for passport. In this time they block my accound till the time i do not send passport. So i have done all of they task's, my accound is veryficated, and since 29.04 im waiting for reeopen accound, but they call it "decision of our seciurity team". Help me please is almost 6000€...

In my opinion when the casino decides to close your account there should always be a good reason for it. Do I understand it correctly you were never informed about the reason?

Yes they have never told me reason. The maximum information what i have it was majory decision.
They also told me that i have to wait for seciury team decision for reopen but i was waiting more than 70days for that writing in live chat like one hundert times 🙂 and 50email to vip4crowncasino plus 40 email to support@4crowncasino

Becouse I'm living in NL now, I'm working here i was playing by NL internet put my adress here. But on ID, Driving Licensceis my adress from PL. So they told me that i need to give them passport. (not so quickly after 10 times trying). So I told them that i need to go Poland to take it, bu becouse of Corona it will be 4 week's.... I finally veryficated all of document's, my accound was (i have email) sucessfull veryficated but it was still bloced. So official since 29.04 till now im wait for:
