Withdrew at the start of September and get told via email and live chat that the financial team need to check every withdrawl but there's no way on earth it should take 5 months. They're clearly fobbing me off due to it being a high amount

Yes I've withdrew in the past and it took 3 days to get in my bank. I'm fully verified etc yeah. Any time on live chat they keep saying "the financial team are still looking at it"

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
