The player from Ireland has been blocked without further explanation. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I made a deposit of 20E after checking my account was in order and was allowed to bet. I won some funds and made a withdrawal,recieving confirmation from 32red however next day I could not login in or contact support by phone.
