The player from UK has been blocked. They are asking for a deposit refund. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi I had a account with unibet and had issues my account ended up being blocked and closed down and I was told I wasn’t allowed access across any or their brands. I didn’t realise that 32 red was part of the same company, I only stated playing at 32 red these last few weeks but my account has been open there for ages. When my account was closed at unibet my 32 red account should have also been closed and blocked according to their rules and it wasn’t. I feel they should return the deposits made on the 32 red account when they didn’t even follow their own rules and block the account and let me play on their sites across their brands and allowed me to deposit multiple times.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any winnings being held by the casino?

Thank you for your reply, Flowe1119. Is the disputed amount (£18,000) the amount of money that you had in your account when the casino closed it? Or is this the amount of money you managed to deposit while having an active account?
Could you please clarify the reason why your account at Unibet Casino has been closed?

the 18000 was all my deposits my unibet account was closed because of the card I was using was not under my name. Then at the time when my account was closed I was told that I would be blocked from all the sites across the brand which include 32 red. My account at 32 red was open long before my unibet account so that should have been closed at the same time
Thank you very much for your clarification, Flowe1119. I apologize, but under these circumstances, we don't think you are entitled to a refund. I understand your point of view and that you would never make any deposits if the casino blocked your account immediately, however, you deposited and lost your funds willingly and fairly while playing.
You confirmed the casino did not confiscate any of your winnings using violated rules in another casino as an excuse, therefore we don't see anything wrong with this approach.
