The player from India has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
made a deposit of 2500 in upi payment , then that deposit page got closed automatically before i enter my details , now i have the deposit record but i cant submit as this guys have no support team and we cant contact anyone atall. when i call the mobile number that was given to upi payment they wont lift the call. this is complete scam. we cant call or complaint to them ,

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?

problem is solved now, it got added to account now. thanks for your suggestion.
only problem is there is no way to contact them, there is no customer care , finally i got there telegram account and they helped to resolve the issue in a day.i wish they give customer care on the site so there wont be any issue to anyone
