nowI dont get why there is a issue processing the payment as there was never an issue with processing it with my first withdrawl to the same bank , to me it seems they are trying to make up excuses , they still haven't confirmed to me if the payment has been confirmed to my bank or where the money actually is and ignoring all messages i have sent them , I dint know where I go from here or what else to do to try get in proper contact with 24monaco to resolve this issue and fine out where my funds are thanks

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. No its statis is not pending in my account it was removed frommpending in my account within 24 hours , and when I still hadn't received the funds in my bank I contacted them to find out what was going on , with the reply I've had from them the once stated that they haven't even sent the money to my bank yet or even attempted to , they say they are trying to find the best way to send the money as its overseas so the money is just hovering about in there accounts and nowhere to be seen in any of mines , I've made a withdrawl before with the company and I received it in my bank within 6 days so i dont know why there stating there is a issue because the payment is over seas and there trying to find the best way to send it to me , there was never a problem with the last withdrawl being overseas to the exact same payment method and account so I dont get why there using such excuses , it's as if there trying to avoid sending the money or hold onto it aslong as they can , there isn't any system or software issue it's just them holding onto my withdrawl and not letting me know where the money is exactkynor when I will be paid it as I says the pending withdrawl status was removed from my account around 14 days ago or so and they have says to me in the one email I copy and pasted in the last message that there still trying to find the best way to send the money so no attempt has even been made to pay it to me as yet

We would like to ask the 24Monaco Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
