Have you withdrawn any funds in the past? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Thanks for your response.


Opened the account last month. Have submitted my docs for verification. Have sent 6 emails now asking for a response so I can withdraw my balance.


Not one response. Money is sitting in my account but am unable to make any contact with them. Simply being ignored. I’ve had no withdrawals since I opened the account as it says pending verification, yet I cannot make any contact with them.


I didn’t sign up to any bonuses or special promotions.


Please help.
