The player from the UK requested a withdrawal one month prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been processed yet. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy.”
I won £480 after spending approx £100 on this website and on withdrawal I went through the validation process of sending bank statement for proof of address and drivers license for id and strangely a video of me holding drivers license but although account validated it has now been 37 days and no sign of winnings getting paid just lame excuses. There policies say paid within 21 days and attached image says congratulations paid in 4 days!!! I Feel scammed.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 24CasinoBet. I wish I could be of more help.
