The player from Greece had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout had not been received yet. Despite his account being verified, he hadn't received any additional information from the casino regarding the processing of his withdrawal. The player's attempts to communicate with the casino had been met with repetitive responses and closed chats. Due to their history of non-cooperation, we were unable to resolve the issue. Consequently, the complaint was closed as 'unresolved', negatively impacting the casino's overall rating.

I made withdraw request on 24/9/2023 and still says its on stand by i send emails and i never get answers l, live chat says same thing all the time i have to wait. Can you help me take my money i deposited 20 euros. My account is verified i also wagered 1000 euro from the bonus i got.

My account got verified the same day i made the account, by the way every single time i send them message they answer me same think that its still being processed im not getting any other information when they gonna process it, and if they reject it what ? Im gonna wait a month again to take my money ?

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of 24CasinoBet to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 24CasinoBet. I wish I could be of more help.
