Y do they take so long to accept the withdrawl request

again i am facing the same problem

they take 3 hours time to accept the withdrwal request but after three hours also they wont accept any request

and morover if we complaint they wont even reply to our mail

i requestd for new withdrwal an amount of 25000 on 25th October at 3:15 PM but its 8:35 PM but stil they have not accepted my payment request , so i have cancelled the old withdrwal and again i have requested for new withdrwal an amount of 25000 on Oct 25 @ 8:45 pm

New withdrwal transaction id is 3399816

so i request do the favour for my new withdrwal request

Please do not cancel your withdrawal requests that fast. As I told you before, wait at least 14 days for the payment to be processed. No way your withdrawal will be ever processed just within a few hours. Please keep your current withdrawal request up and wait for 14 days as I recommended.
