He contacted the casino's live chat but received no resolution. We had advised him to submit any responses he received from the casino for further investigation. However, the player failed to respond to our messages and provide the necessary information. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks. It is very fast and efficient. If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to tomas@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.
