Despite our team's attempts to contact the casino and resolve the issue, there had been no response from the casino's side. Therefore, the complaint was marked as 'unresolved', which might have negatively affected the casino's rating. We had recommended the player to choose casinos based on their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid such situations.

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks for. It is very fast and efficient. If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to tomas@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.

 

Since the casino operates under the Costa Rica license which doesn't have the option to file an official complaint with the licensing authority, I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this.
