We advised the player to contact his bank and provide a tracking number for the transaction. We had asked the casino to assist with the player's request regarding the lost deposit. However, the player had not responded to our messages and questions, which led us to reject the complaint.

I have deposited Rs. 1750 in last month but my deposited not yet credited in the respective wallet. So I contacted 24betting for support and they had informed me that you deposit transaction got failed and the same will be refunded into your bank account within 72 hours. But I'm still waiting for the refund and now they are neither replying nor adding my funda into wallet.

Could you please advise if you’ve submitted a ticket with Casino Customer Support recently and received any reply already? If you haven’t contacted the casino directly, please go to the website (https://24betting.com/casino), then open the live chat, and the live chatbot will immediately give options:

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks. It is very fast and efficient. If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to tomas@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.

As I already said that i have contacted casino several times but every times they reply with the same template of refund will be done in 72 hours.

From my understanding, the casino is asking for a tracking number of the transaction, since the transaction wasn't completed successfully.

The tracking number should be provided by your bank.

Kindly submit it to the casino so that they may investigate further.
