The player from India hasn't received a referral bonus. The casino provided proof that the bonus was indeed credited, and that the player received this bonus multiple times with his duplicate accounts. Therefore we rejected this complaint.

Please understand I don't work for 24betting Casino but for Casino.guru which is an independent website, therefore I cannot issue any refunds. I believe that in this case, the quickest way to find out what is going on is by contacting the casino's support. Have you tried using the chat option?

Yes I am using chat option but not given any reply proper so I think this Casino workers are fraud and not taken any action so please close my case.

piyush, we have been contacted by the casino representative, who informed us that you in fact received the bonus, and you also received it multiple times with your duplicate accounts. Please, refrain from creating more accounts in the future as this is against the casino's T&Cs:

"1.5 Customers may open only one account. Each Player is allowed to open only one Account per person, family, household, IP address and email address. Use of more than one Account per physical Player is known as "multi-accounting" and as such is strictly forbidden. In the event that we suspect that a Player is opening multiple accounts by using the same or similar names, address, telephones, email addresses, same or similar dynamic IP addresses, computer or other devices, we reserve the right to close an Account or Accounts at any time and to cancel all the transactions, bets, waive winnings and deduct bonuses from all relevant Accounts"


Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
