The player from India requested a withdrawal 2 days prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made withdrawal which has been approved but money is still not credited despite of deadline of 48 hours and there customer care is not responding

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
