The player's experiencing struggle to verify his account as the casino requires non-existing documents. The complaint was rejected as the player did not respond to us.
My problem is pretty simple - I deposited £50 but decided I did not want to use it there as the odds were not good. I made a withdrawaw request on the 28/8 and waited two weeks, but got no payment. When I contected them I was told the usual KYC stuff. I told them I do not have a passport and I do not drive, so they told me to send birth certificate and bank details.
I sent the front and back of my banks card, a full bank statement in pdf format and my birth certificate. The reply told me that I needed to send passport or driver's ID again, and I told them I had already told them I do not have these and sent everything they had asked for. They responded asking me to confirm that I cannot sent a valid form of ID, which I refused to do as I sent them everything they asked for. Still waiting for my £50.
Dear Kevin,
Thank you for submitting your complaint. I'm really sorry to hear about your issue. Please understand that KYC verification is a very important process in almost every casino. It's not unusual that they may ask you for more documentation even more times. Specialy if you just deposited your money and want to withdraw it, as the casino may seem it as money laundering. All I can recommend you to follow the casino's instructions and send them all the required documents. Please let us know about your verification status as fast as there will be any update.
Looking forward your answer.
Best regards,
Nick
