after winning. they don payout. last $300 deposit is missing after funding. customer officer keep repeating the save process turning here and there. 14/jan / 2023 deposit $300. all prove submitted but they don pay. please email me so i can upload file and prove. thank you

They return my funds after 4 days have pass and wasted. Their on phone customers support is totally joke. Their email is another clown. Their live chat is a waiting game of hours, you have to keep scolding sms them with horrible words including their whole family involved in live chat jamming the system then they attent to you.

After all these round and round I still got to do a final deposit creating a new deposit and key in 300 without transfering $300 then it return me funds.


All they say is Computer down.


One thing good about 1xbet is no verification needed. As deposit and withdrawal must be same account and name.


As for withdrawal it is smooth and fast when just started. Till the deposit issue so I guess it be same tactic use when you win. Is just in time I manage to withdrawal my last fund before all this happen.

i hope my case is a real in computer deposit fault. when you go to a casino in person all deposit are instant no waiting game joke. same in bet station you place your bets you get a ticket prove. i try so quite alot of online casino i still feel the its reputation is good, interface is super. so no problem case close unless ehhhh no no

i only got 1 deposit issue deposit return to account as they say technical fault. as for withdrawal of winning there is no issue. only the deposit fault. all settle thanks
