The player from Egypt had reported an issue with a deposit he had made on October 31st, which had been deducted from his Vodafone cash wallet but not credited to his casino account. Despite having reached out to the casino's support and provided all necessary details, he had received no solution or response for over 20 days. We had advised the player to contact his payment provider for an investigation. The player had continued to express his frustration over the delay, insisting that the transaction was successful. We then invited the casino to join the conversation. The casino had responded, stating that the transaction had been rejected by their Security Department. However, the player had failed to respond to our subsequent messages, leading us to reject the case due to lack of cooperation.

I made deposit on the 31st of October using etisalat cash as payment and money was deducted from my wallet and I received the sms confirmation so I raised a complaint on the 1st of November and got requested for all details that I have shared and today is the 19th which means 20 whole days has passed without a single update on my emails , I am totally being ignored and feel hopeless and scammed 🙁

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I really need you to understand just how frustrated and disappointed I am with the ongoing delay in resolving this issue. It's incredibly frustrating to have made a deposit through Vodafone cash wallet, only to be left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.


With Vodafone cash wallet, the deposit should be immediate and all that is required is a phone call to the MNO, sharing the transaction ID, and confirming that the transfer was received. It should not take 22 whole days to handle such a straightforward matter!


I want to stress that if a wallet transfer is successful and a transaction ID is generated, it means that the transaction was processed without any issues. While there may be rare cases of reversals after approval due to combination issues, these can easily be confirmed by the 1xbet MNO wallet owner.


As yiu. A see I have shared all the requested data along with the trnx ID and no feedback not a single reply for the past 22 days is this acceptable!?! .

Your assistance in expediting the resolution process would be greatly appreciated.

The transfer was successful and was not reversed. I am  trying to share  a video "screen recording " showing my transaction history, which clearly shows a debit of 1959.75 EGP without any corresponding credit. Please note that 9.75 EGP represents the transfer fees "unfortunately the video size is too large , However, I have attached a screenshot of the transfer and all the subsequent transactions in my Vodafone cash transaction history, clearly indicating the debited amount without any credit.

 I need help as I’ve provided to "processing@eg.1xbet-team.com " everything possible to confirm my transfer ; I’ve shared all of the following:


1) Vodafone Cash sms conformation of the transfer 

2) The transaction ID where the owner of the Etisalat wallet must share it with his customer service to investigate.

3) I’ve screen recorded my phone while opening Vodafone Cash and accessing the transaction history showing the debited transfer and no one reveals was done . 

4) As they requested, I took a video of me calling Vodafone Cash customer service and made sure to say my wallet number and the wallet number it was transferred to, along with the date and amount and they confirmed during the call that the transfer was successful with no reversal. 

5) I asked them if the owner of the Etisalat wallet can provide anything from the above , but nothing has been added to me. 


Finally, it has been a whole month and five days, and I have provided everything possible to processing@eg.1xbet-team.com confirming the transfer. I really feel being scammed by them and don’t know what should I do!?
