Dear marinochetta,

Unfortunately in these types of bonuses the casino sometimes use an automatic respond/sending which does not filter out if you can or can't receive a bonus so basically everyone receives the offer even if they are not eligible for it. If the live chat claim that there is no available offer for you then there is not we can do for you. Bonuses are always considered as a goodwill of the casino and they can decide whether someone get it or not.

It would be a much different case if the bonus would be already credited to you and voided after that.
