I made a withdrawal request using my Visa debit card (10.80 USD).

The request was approved within 7 minutes, after that, I received a confirmation from 1xbet that the withdrawal was successful.

However, the funds never arrived at my bank, even after 9 days!

I have made countless deposits and withdrawals using the same method, with the same Visa debit card, with the same bank, and every single time, the credit has always been instant!

Customer support told me that if it was approved, it should be credited to the bank. The bank told me if they had sent the money, it would be in my account, as it always has been in the past.

I have evidence, bank statements, communication with support, and whatever else they need to help me resolve this case.
