I deposited on this casino platform on 2023-05-17.

Today is 2023-06-16 it is almost 1 months. But the deposit has not arrived in my gaming wallet yet. I contacted customer care several times but they always ask me to wait. I get the same answer every time.

I also got the trobule ticket but the issue has not been solved yet.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

This was a very bad experience.but i already confirmed with the receiving and sending payment provider. They confirmed that the fund has been successfully sent and received from the receiving wallet. But they are ignoring the process.

So do I understand it correctly that the casino did not add the deposited balance just because it was below $10 worth of cryptocurrency? Did you ever deposit into the casino before in that amount?


Please understand that if there is a minimum deposit amount set by the payment provider, and you did deposit less, the casino never received those money.
