The player's deposit did not arrive to his casino account. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I made my transfer via pix, more than three days ago and nothing was credited to my account, the casino, in addition to using a platform with different determination, has several failures in the functions, it crashes in the middle of the round, transfers the amount back and it is not credited among others.
I am very dissatisfied and I want at least the amount deposited back in my account!

Could you please advise how many deposits did you make into the casino? Did you forward the payment confirmation from Pix to the casino for them to investigate it or did you try to ask for a charge back at your payment provider?
