Can you please advise if you do own multiple accounts in the casino or if anybody else from your household owns one?

Unfortunately owning multiple accounts in the casino is against the casino terms and conditions and in such cases, the casino had every right to close them and void any remaining balance on them.
Please be sure to always have only 1 account in any online casino you register in. The complaint will be now closed as you breached their terms.
