The complaint was reopened based on the player's request:


"yes my account is verified i did it in January. I think I registered my account in the month of December i did deposit money 25000rs and my remaining balance was 31700rs m not able to withdraw it because my account is blocked my casino I didn’t know why i did nothing wrong how a person can do fraud to casino"
