I play sports bet on 1win betting platform.


Suddenly my withdrawal was banned. I mailed customer support. A KYC link came for my account verification. I submitted the main documents and my KYC verification was approved.


I have received an identity verification request for my gaming ID. In which it was said for Aadhaar verification. I verified my identity After which it is clearly shown in my gaming id that "Thank you for verifying your identity. You can now make the withdrawals safely"


But even after that there was no withdrawal

i won without bonus.

yes, i have two withdrawals pending of 1500 and 2000 INR.

Betting is still happening from my gaming account but withdrawals are not happening
