I play sports bet on 1win betting platform.


Suddenly my withdrawal was banned. I mailed customer support. A KYC link came for my account verification. I submitted the main documents and my KYC verification was approved.


I have received an identity verification request for my gaming ID. In which it was said for Aadhaar verification. I verified my identity After which it is clearly shown in my gaming id that "Thank you for verifying your identity. You can now make the withdrawals safely"


But even after that there was no withdrawal

I don’t know, I played both sports & casino bet

When my withdrawal was stopped I got an email for verification, After that my account was successfully verified, after that I received an email with (14 days) of 1win.

14 days were completed on12 December

but still haven't received my withdrawal.

And when I contacted 1win after 14 days they sent me an email again (14 days)


I have played all betting fairs, most of my bets were on international matches.


I have played all bets legally and fair without bonuses. please contact 1win and solved my problem
