The player from China requested a withdrawal almost two weeks ago prior to submitting this complaint. It has not been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

My ID is 10***902. I applied for withdrawal on September 6. The online customer service told me that it would take 48 hours at most. I consulted the customer service on September 8 and was told that I needed to send an email! I uploaded my information on September 9. Up to now, on September 21, there has been no reply and no money has been received

I didn't receive a letter about the verification confirmation, the document I sent was probably a kyc verification document! It was what they needed, and without any instructions, I sent my ID and took a selfie with the ID! I have had withdrawals before and this is not my first!
