Hi I asked for the withdrawal of winnings from the 1win casino but I am having the same problem as another player who asked for your help (Domeabba02) also I live in Italy and apparently from what I understand they do not withdraw in this country and yet I I managed to create a profile and it is of Italian origin as well as having the opportunity to play various games but in any case I cannot withdraw from every time I perform the withdrawal action all the steps are successful but closing and reopening the app the winnings go back to the player account, could you please help me, I used my credit card as my first top-up so I didn't use either free spins or bonuses. That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
