Hello Sir I want to raise the issue against the casino 1win I made a withdrawal of inr 22000 on August 12 but I have been now waiting from one week while contacting on them live chat they again and again send me repeated text messages I think they are computer-generated mails they said please wait for 48 hours and it's almost 1 week now while I try to contact them on their mail ID there also they did not respond just computer generated mails are what im getting I have also provided all verification documents At least they should have responded to my mails and tell me that what is the reason why it is taking so long for my withdrawal to be processed the main concern is the withdrawal is pending and also their support system is not replying this is very frustrating they are only sending me computer generated mails every time when I used to contact them via mail please help regarding this issue
