I made a account at 1win almost a month from now and got my first withdrawal very smoothly but at the time of 2nd withdrawal they told me to verify with my documents


I gave the requested documents to them and got verified from them in 18 days


After that i got my withdrawal for 2days Or can say 5th withdrawals and after they again blocked my account and told me they will check my account and wait 14-30 days


I have mostly played only 2 casino game

I just got my account verified but still they are not processing my withdrawals , i made 4 withdrawals after verification and got them in no time but on my 5th withdrawal they told me to contact them via email and after i contact them via email they again started saying you will get a response in 14-30 days
