1win Casino - Player’s winnings haven’t been received yet.

I’ve requested for withdrawal earlier and I’ve received those through crypto payment method. From 24th July whenever I’m trying to withdraw its pending. It’s been 4 days and still I’ve not received my money. They asked to wait for 48 hours and now I’ve waited for 96 hours and still no money. I’d request you people to please look into this and help me.

Hello Kristina, I’ve received my withdrawal of 87000. I was very much scared as it’s long time. I’ve requested for withdrawal on July 24th and I’ve received my money today I.e 31st July.
