An Indian player made a deposit of 25,600 INR which has not yet been credited to his 1Win app. Despite 7 days of waiting, customer service has provided no response except to wait. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I have made deposit of 25,600/- But it’s not credit in my 1Win app.
it’s 7 days passed & customer care sending me no response and asking me to wait only.
I can’t wait forever , Help me out.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

1Win asked me to submit documents for security purposes & as soon as i uploaded the documents, They locked my account by saying i am using arbitrage in account.
1Win did not credit my 25,600/- & now they locked my 1win account which shows there intention is keep money & they are not gonna return my money back.
Can they keep there customers money like this ? It’s legal for them ?
I am gonna file legal complain against them , I am in contact with my lawyer & will file FIR & Legal complain against there website & fraud company .
They are doing this with many customers , There instagram comments are full of person like me who lost there fund to them.
i will connect with each & everyone & will make a strong case against this fraud company.
