Withdrawals were blocked a few days ago as I was in profit, with customer support forcing me to contact the Security email of 1win.
They asked me for my personal documents and a selfie with my personal documents for "further checking of the account".
Today out of the blue my account was blocked, without any specified reason. No emails recieved. No access to the account. No customer care replying.
The reason I joined this was due to a person recommending me it with a promocode. Upon deep research, I found that using someones promocode and losing money gives them 50% of your loss. A great strategy to attract new affiliates and trap the working class.
Requesting assistance on what to do further please.
