So I signed up with this casino a week or so ago, had a win and went to withdraw, had to send proof in which is fine, all that done and confirmed. It's now been 7 days and the website stated 48 hours, chat just give you nonsensical replies about payment from their account, they just say a date and then low and behold nothing arrived... these are a proper theives. DO NOT USE AT ALL

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

If this is genuine thanks. But I am somewhat not impressed with the whole process and feel highly mislead. Once it is received I will update to say I have finally got the payment.

I have still not got anywhere with them, they keep asking me to resend my documents, it's just a chat which doesn't resolve anything. These are 100 percent fraudulent Nigerian Casino company, avoid at all costs. It's pathetic how they cannot pay out £100, they are clearly bitter as I won on my first £10 deposit, I am thankful I didn't spend anymore. Absolute crooks of the highest order!

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?
