Don't in any circumstance do not put any money either via bank transfer or card with this company they are a bunch of cowboys and thieves they have taken my money and they have refused to help me in any way located It, it left my bank, Its been sitting pending for over a day even though they claim it would have been a instant transfer, everyone I have spoke to on the chat seems to be a manager no one wants to help me they just give me the same generate answer that they are dealing with it, when I tried to raise a complaint they told me they forbid me to do it, so at this point I'm now iv decided to throw them under the bus and make others aware I only lost £20 you could lose a hell of a lot more you have been warned these guys are scammers thiefs, and when I tried going to my bank to recover the money they said I couldn't because I bank transferred it to a company.. there is a reason these guys have a low rating you have been warned

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
