I have successfully received the 250 free spins upon registration. I used them but now I can't use the bonus except towards € 10.
Possible? Then it is not a no deposit bonus but the opposite.
I usually use bonuses to figure out if I like the platform or not but then I don't have the chance. I do not dispute the amount even if I had to write it, I contest the not being able to use the bonus without payment as you advertised.
